Roberta Benaglia, who holds a degree in Management Engineering with honours from Milan Polytechnic, began her career in the Listing Department at Borsa Italiana, which is responsible for implementing and coordinating the listing procedure for Borsa Italiana markets. Her first experience in private equity dates back to April 2001, when she left Borsa Italiana to work at Onetone Consulting, the advisory arm of the venture capital fund Onetone, focused on investing in ICT/media companies with strong growth potential.

In September 2003, she began to work at DGPA&Co, in the Advisory Area of the fund Absolute Ventures SCA. During her experience at DGPA&Co, she was directly involved in the acquisitions of CE-TA, GPP-Agepe and Arketipo, and in more than 20 other investment processes. Since 2005, she has been a Managing Partner of Style Capital SGR (formerly DGPA SGR.

During these years, Roberta contributed to launching and managing the DGPA Capital fund, with responsibility for the fund's investments in companies operating in the fashion and consumer brands sectors (over 50% of the fund's invested capital). In particular, Roberta was responsible for the Twin-Set, Golden Goose, Sundek, Luciano Padovan and Planter's transactions. In 2015 Roberta, CEO of the revamped management company, promoted the launch of the Style Capital fund. Roberto Gattoni holds a degree in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan. He joined the Style Capital SGR team in January 2006. Before that, he worked for five years in the Corporate Finance Division of DGPA&Co, in the role of consultant. During his time at DGPA&Co, he has taken part in a number of projects: feasibility studies and business plans, valuations of companies and specific assets, IPO advisory, and M&A advisory for client firms of high standing such as: Telecom Italia, Vodafone, Omnitel NV, Telecom Italia Media, SEAT Pagine Gialle, Matrix, Edison, Italenergia, AMSC, Mercedes Benz Italia, Gemina, Guaber and Mercatone Uno.

In 2005, he participated in analyses of the investment transactions of the Absolute Ventures fund. At DGPA Capital, as Investment Manager, Roberto handled various investment processes and investments, and sat on the boards of the Sundek Group, Golden Goose S.r.l., ETS (Vintage 55 brand) and MIDA S.r.l.

Francesca Grosso, with Style Capital SGR since 2008, received an honours degree from L. Bocconi University of Milan and began her career in the Corporate Finance Division of E. Capital Partners, where for three years she handled various projects in the fields of M&A, valuation and strategy, for both public and private sector clients.

She then worked in the Biotechnology Division of the European Commission and was admitted to practice the profession of chartered accountant and auditor in 2008. During her experience at the DGPA Capital fund, Francesca, as Investment Manager, handled various investment processes and investments, including Twin-Set, Luciano Padovan Damiani and VIC.

Alessandra Moffa, at Style Capital SGR since 2011, received an honours degree in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan with a research project for SDA Bocconi published for Confindustria Monza and Brianza. She began her career at Madison Corporate Finance, where she was responsible for valuation projects, strategy and industry analysis.

She then worked at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in the Administration, Control, Business Finance and Real Estate area in managerial training and applied research through conventions and working groups on company finance issues. Her main areas of interest were: fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, telecommunications, real estate and sport business. From 2008 to the present, she has also been a Teaching Fellow in the Finance Department of Luigi Bocconi University. Laura Savarino was awarded a degree in Business Administration from the University of Castellanza (LIUC) in 2003.

Laura began her career at AIFI (the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), where from 2003 to 2006 she worked in the tax and legal department. In 2007, Laura joined Principia SGR (previously Quantica SGR) - a management company responsible for closed-end venture capital funds - where she handled legal/regulatory and administrative/accounting issues, in addition to corporate affairs; from 2009 to 2015, she was head of the management company's administrations/operations area. She then moved to Opera SGR – a private equity firm - where she was head of administration, finance and control. In April 2016, she joined the team at Style Capital SGR S.p.A.
